Moneyball

One Pick, Bigger Swing

Team goalkeeper

Unit, Not Individual

The goalkeeper slot scores as the drafted national-team goalkeeper unit. It receives team result points, clean sheets, and goals-against adjustments from completed matches.

Corrections

Append-Only Ledger

Official score entries are not deleted or overwritten. Corrections use reversal and replacement rows with provenance so the league history stays auditable.

Commissioner-managed

Manual and Unproven Cases

Some categories are intentionally handled with extra caution until provider payloads prove the data shape.

Manual-only

Individual shootout conversions, corrected or rescinded events, and ambiguous player mappings stay out of automated scoring until they are reviewed.

Tournament edges

Abandoned or postponed matches, supplemental-pick timing, and unusual knockout payloads remain commissioner-controlled when the normal final-match rules are not enough.
